Roamler is a successful, fast-growing and international scale-up organisation with multiple offices in Europe. Roamler's crowdsourcing platform works through an app that allows users to perform tasks for various FMCG clients. In this way, we are a strategic ally and help our customers (Unilever, Haribo, AB InBev…) increasing their efficiency and impact, while giving Roamlers the opportunity to earn money flexibly and easily.


As part of its international development, Roamler is looking for its future Crowd Recruiter. Under the responsibility of the Recruitment lead, you will be in charge of engaging, activating and onboarding new Users onto our Roamler app. As a fluent Flemish and Dutch speaker, and with an excellent growth-mindset, you will be keen to optimize our recruitment processes, focusing on activating our Users specifically in Belgium and The Netherlands markets. You should have a strategic marketing-oriented mindset and excellent communication and relationship building skills, to grow our on-demand mobile community to support our clients in executing field marketing activities in Retail.


You will partner closely with our Marketing and Operations teams to conceptualize and execute recruitment initiatives to grow a high-quality and engaged User base. Together with our Support, Review & Delivery teams, you are expected to recruit and nurture our community members, by providing the best User experience and a high level of support. In this position you should have strong community-building/management and strategy-creation skills, as well as the desire to work in a fast-moving space where experimentation is key!


At Roamler we offer a flexible split of remote and in-office working – as we love our socials and company culture but also enjoy the balance of home-life! For this role, you can be based either at our HQ in Amsterdam, in a fabulous location right on NDSM-Wharf, or alternatively work from our newly renovated, modern office in Antwerp, Belgium.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our Recruitment & Activation strategy for new Users, to grow our high-quality Community that will execute tasks on demand
  • Collaborate within our Marketing team to support and follow-up on a range of Acquisition campaigns, with main focus to bring new Users onto our app.
  • Contacting new Users to encourage their Activation – guiding Users through onboarding to successfully completing tasks.
  • Working with our Review, Community and Delivery teams to optimize the first (and most important!) phase of the Community experience - activating Users to become part of our top performing Crowd
  • Use data and analytical tools to measure the growth (with focus on: attraction & activation) of our Community, and use this information to evolve future initiatives



Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, Flemish & Dutch is a MUST! Any other languages (e.g. French, German, Spanish) are a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment/onboarding, with a proven track-record of attracting & activating the right talent in the most effective way
  • Experience working with Belgium & The Netherlands markets
  • Bachelor or master's degree OR equivalent experience
  • Strong social and community-building skills. You’re a do’er, motivator and people-person!
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, understanding data and metrics, and able to action accordingly
  • A background in FMCG/CPG/Retail/Tech is a plus
