Key responsibilities:
- Be responsible for new project logistics quotation (freight, warehousing, SEQ, rack investment …) and logistics planning (transportation route design, warehouse capacity and the third-party warehouse selection)
- Making AOP report of logistics cost, controlling logistics cost to make sure it meet our target.
- Help making logistics process documents like all the package related working guide, which should be compliance with the standard of MMOG,IATF16949 and other audit profiles
- Data analysis (DOH, Inventory Amount, MRO, Freight, sales forecast, QOI ), which should meet our operation goals
- leading logistics programs of optimization and improvement to reach cost-saving target
- Be responsible for all the package management (raw materials, semi-goods, finished goods package design, recycle container and rack management)
- Risk management, highlight any potential problem for the higher management to avoid premium cost
- A/S order management, make sure customer order fulfill rate reaching target and no complaint from customers
- MRO management, responsible MRO POs releasing, check and trace PO status, controlling MRO stock
- Logistics compliance, help prepare all the documents for all the kinds of internal and external Audits
- Other tasks allocated by manger
Ideal candidate experience:
- Have basic knowledge of exhausted products in automotive industry
- Have basic knowledge of IATF16949
- Have deep understanding of SCM in automotive industry
- At least 3 years working experience of SCM in automotive industry
- Some financial knowledge

- Good communication skills
- Good team player and some leadership

- Strong responsibility
Qualifications/ certifications:
- Bachelor above
- Good skills of office software (excel, word and PPT )
- Be familiar with SAP
- CET-4 above
