Health, Safety and Environment: 1. Develop and monitor overall company objective, target & programs (OTP) 2. Develop and conduct regular safety assurance and risk assessment programs, including HSE inspections and audits to identify hazards present and implement necessary remedial measures. 3. To ensure HSE resources is sufficient and HSE operation cost been identified and manage effectively. 4. To ensure all incident have been investigated and HSE performance and statistic been analyzed for improvement. 5. Develop, implement and maintain the waste management (general & scheduled waste) processes. Sustainability Strategy: 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with the organization's mission, values, and long-term goals. 2. Conduct research and analysis to identify environmental, social, and economic sustainability opportunities and risks. Social Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement programs to enhance the organization's social impact, including community engagement, diversity and inclusion, and ethical business practices. Sustainability Reporting and Communication: 1. Prepare accurate and timely sustainability reports, ensuring compliance with relevant reporting frameworks (eg., Global Reporting Initiative, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board). 2. Develop effective communication strategies to raise awareness of the organization's sustainability initiatives both internally and externally.
